within team: This position requires a player-coach attitude.
The team leader does not just delegate duties and review results,
but is just as responsible for completing daily duties as the other
team members. The team leader of RAM can be called upon to enter
production, invoice customers, open, stamp and distribute the company
mail, write up daily deposits, make collection calls, verify customer
credit for daily orders, assist the MAP team with inquiries on receipt
of goods entry, production entry and physical inventory counts.
The team leader has to be prepared to "wear many hats". Also, the
team leader completes quarterly and annual reviews of the team member
and the team leaders of MAP, MRD, R&D, inside CTS and outside CTS.
This position is responsible for creating an annual budget for the
RAM (Resource Allocation Management) function. Each function will
create their own yearly budget. The team leader is responsible for
entering the budgets into MAS90 and running a monthly budget report
for each team that shows the actual vs. budgeted and the variance
so that each team leader can review the information with their team.

Position Attributes Needed:
education: Associates Degree in Accounting/Business
Management.
Experience:
Five+ years managing the Accounting Department of a small manufacturing
company.
