Welcome to the Resource Allocation Management team! This is one of the best jobs in the entire company. RAM plays a very important role at Ultraflex Systems, Inc. RAM helps decide which areas of the company to invest in and that's a

great thing to be a part of every day. RAM is always busy completing the daily operations such as customer invoicing, collections, vendor invoices, etc. and manages to have a great deal of fun doing it. We have such fun working with each other that we can't believe how fast the time flies.

The RAM team (along with all of the teams) always gets a say on different issues that come up within the company. Everyone is important at Ultraflex and the company wants to hear what the employees think.

Functional Mission of Team: To facilitate efficient allocation, investment and measurement of all Ultraflex resources (human, capital, "know-how", process documentation, information technology) for each functional area of Ultraflex.

Key Role Elements of Team:

Creating support policies/procedures that help line functions allocate time, money and talent to build positive long term relationships - with customers, employees/taxing authorities
Providing timely and valuable information to measure the functional success of Ultraflex in achieving its mission.
Optimizing resource allocation and investment decisions to "get more bang for our buck" - for the management of materials, facility, working long-term capital and information technology.
