
Role
within team: MVS Team Leader will build and lead a cross- functional team made up of each operating Team Leader and MVS
support personnel. MVS Team Leader will help select, inspire and develop
operating team leaders that exemplify Ultraflex's patient care values,
empowerment philosophy and have talents, skills and relevant experience
that exceed all relevant peers in our marketplace.
Job
Duties:

Hold
each operating Team Leader accountable through thoughtful and
specific feedback (constructive criticism and encouragement)
for reported results at informal meetings and at weekly, monthly,
quarterly and annual reporting meetings and performance reviews.

Assess
all operating benchmarks for suitability in measuring relevant
team operating results to continuously improve Ultraflex performance.

Explain
and be held accountable for annual operating results of Ultraflex
to valuation experts for ESOP and to all Team members.

Read
relevant business and scientific periodicals on a daily, weekly,
monthly basis to generally assess external environment (threats
and opportunities).
- Foster
and expand key relationships with customers, advisors and professional
associations.

- Explore
new market opportunities - both domestic and international that
would both fit into and advance Ultraflex patient care mission.
- Prepare,
present speeches and technical presentations to third parties
and company employees that advance Ultraflex's mission and its
understanding.
- "Pinch-hit"
for any unfilled operating Team Leader positions to complete key
supervisory and critical role elements for that operating team.
Position
Attributes Needed:
education: MBA
training: Formal and OTJ training in general healthcare
industry issues - Regulatory, FDA, reimbursement, product development,
distribution and manufacturing.
experience: 10 years experience leading a successful
start-up in the medical device industry.
behavioral: Track record as both successful specialist
and generalist in field of assistive technology, demonstrating progressively
greater responsibility for leading and building high performance
teams that achieved results exceeding relevant peer benchmarks -
customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and financial results.
Player-coach attitude, sense of fairness and strong commitment to
helping others (individuals and teams) achieve their greatest potential
as the most rewarding pursuit in life. Can communicate effectively
