Position:
Marketing Coordinator and Analyst
The
ideal candidate will:
- Direct and produce all Ultraflex media projects (video,
print and web) necessary to advance the MRD mission. Coordinate
all tactical marketing initiatives, including trade show registration,
booth design/display creation and promotions, advertisement
creation and placement, writing/producing/fulfillment of quarterly
newsletters and monthly post-cards and the production of relevant
continuing education courses on video for self study and in-service
support to field OCTS representatives.
- All media development shall have a brand
and corporate image
consistent with our patient care and empowerment philosophy.
All "patient centric" media shall be elegant, functional and
simple. Media must be presented based on preference of the
target audience (patient, physician, therapist or O&P as applicable)
and must reinforce the Ultraflex commitment to caring for
life that leads to making informed healthcare decisions about
when Ultraflex treatments may and may not help.
Job
Duties:
- Produce a series of high quality PCE courses for each
Ultraflex indication and tie all advertisements, print and
trade shows promotions to each indication we serve.
- Directly manage all out-sourced marketing projects for
proper art direction and look in keeping with Ultraflex
values, corporate image and brand.
- Support visual communication efforts by Ultraflex for
both internal Lean initiatives and external public relations
to build the morale and visibility of Team Ultraflex and
its patient care mission.
- Work at the strategic marketing direction of MRD TL to
direct and produce all Ultraflex marketing media necessary
to achieve annual MRD goals and continuously improve MRD
benchmarks.
Position Attributes
Needed:
education: Art school or degree in graphic
design a plus.
training: Must be proficient in
Quark, PhotoShop, InDesign, PowerPoint multi-media and low
cost PC based video editing and production.
experience:15 years experience in
hands-on graphic design and visual communication projects
for small to medium sized companies to meet their marketing
media needs with high quality, low cost and quick turnaround
times. Must have 10 years experience directing production
with outside printers, graphic designers and display vendors,
etc. to achieve low cost, high quality media with expedited
turnaround.
behavioral: Must be supporter or
relater personality (DISC Target Training International) with
strong aesthetic motivation and social desire to help others
(PIAV Target Training International). Ideal candidate will
relish working at the direction of a strong strategic TL,
thriving on meeting deadlines and project completion.
