responsible for coordinating, maintaining and continually improving
systems and procedures for increased team productivity and team
development. Team leader must maintain and foster an environment
of accountability, open communication, idea development, implementation
and results proven success, while respecting each team member for
their efforts and contributions. 
Job
Duties:
The Team Leader can be called upon to complete the
duties of assembly, cast room and custom fabrication technicians
as well as all aspects of purchasing and inventory management
(please review these profiles for a thorough list of duties).
Other duties include: reporting results,
developing and improving systems, facilitating conflict resolution,
completing performance reviews, creating production schedules,
creating annual budget and operating goals, empowering team members
through proper training and expectation management, recruiting,
hiring, training and retention.
Position
Attributes Needed:
education: High School Degree or equivalent.
training: Lean Manufacturing, Materials Resource Planning,
Supervisory, Team Building, Business Ownership and Management.
experience: 5+ years in manager/foreman role, leading
a production team of at least 10 people. Excellent verbal, written
and body communication skills. Computer fluency and administratively
independent.
behavioral: Steady, consistent and patient leader, willing
and able to coordinate and complete multiple tasks. Strong sense
of pride in ownership. Realization that personal development and
accomplishment can only be attained by way of team development and
accomplishment.
