Job Duties:
The Team Leader can be called upon to complete the duties of assembly, cast room and custom fabrication technicians as well as all aspects of purchasing and inventory management (please review these profiles for a thorough list of duties). Other duties include: reporting results, developing and improving systems, facilitating conflict resolution, completing performance reviews, creating production schedules, creating annual budget and operating goals, empowering team members through proper training and expectation management, recruiting, hiring, training and retention.

Position Attributes Needed:
education: High School Degree or equivalent.
training: Lean Manufacturing, Materials Fabrication Team Leader with Technician

Resource Planning, Supervisory, Team Building, Business Ownership and Management.
experience: 5+ years in manager/foreman role, leading a production team of at least 10 people. Excellent verbal, written and body communication skills. Computer fluency and administratively independent.
