Group Coordinator Investment Teams

Summary:

• Lead and coordinate the Investment Team
• Operate and manage an ABC accredited patient care facility on-site; provide the very best patient care

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, R&D, MRD and OCTS Teams to expand new patient care in the following areas:
• Research (clinical trials, focus groups, clinician and patient satisfaction, etc.)
• Education (physicians, therapists, O&P, patients, Team Ultraflex)
• New product development (product definition, concept, prototype, validation, regulation, etc.

• Manage a research ABC accredited patient care facility on-site at Ultraflex
• Summarize and report all key investment group results to MVS TL, Operations GC, RAM TL, and Quality TL on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Assure appropriate feedback is communicated and corrective action taken for all results not to plan or established standards
• Lead annual Investment Group planning process – Strategic Business Plan and budgeting
• Attend industry conferences through the year and represent Ultraflex as needed
• Other duties in the interest of the Company as needed or assigned

Qualifications

• B.S. in Health Science or other health-related field
• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO) with demonstrated ability to fit patients with custom bracing
• Specific and extensive knowledge of clinical affairs relating to research, patient care, continuing education and new product development
• Ability to take information gathered during research and clearly alert Ultraflex to new ideas, focus, what works/what doesn’t work, etc.
• Proficient knowledge of design, fabrication, fitting and maintenance of orthotic and prosthetic devises as related to patients needs
